2. Where can I see the tariffs? How much is a cottage, room/night?
Our rates are calculated on a daily basis. Therefore we cannot give you a general overview of costs. But you can easily enter the arrival dates in our booking engine and our system will search the best available rates for you.
3. Are you having “Day out Tour” Packages?
Yes, we have. “Day out Tour” Packages which includes all features & facilities Right from Station/Hotel pickup & drop from Bhubaneswar/ Puri , Sightseeing and Boat transport services on Chilika at Satapada, Accommodation for toilet refresh & Lunch at Chilika Island Resort. You may contact for booking as details in Sl.No.1.

When booking through our website via our service center or directly in our hotel/office, we guarantee, that you will get the best available rate with specific feature & facilities.
5. The offered tariff of Accommodation/ Package rate is not seems high compare to other destinations?
If you think so, we have nothing to say. Because, prior to choice and booking to the ideal isolated Island destination, let you know that, Berhampura-Mahisa Island is no way connected by any means other than country motor Boat to the Base station earth. Each and every element crafted there on huge money investment. No skilled manpower is available there to make it habitable. No useable articles or food raw materials available in spot except fish prawn or crabs, which is fresh and high cost due to tourists flow. Besides all, the motor boat hire cost from base station to resort (up & down) is added to the tariff of Accommodation/ Package rate.
6. What is time is check-in & check-out time?
At our Hotels at Bhubaneswar Check-in & Check-out time is 12 Noon.
For Resort; Off-Satapada or Janhikuda base station check-in to Our Boat is 09am. Generally cottages/rooms/tents check-in is available from 10am & Check-out is generally at 09am. Afterwards the rooms have to get cleaned for the upcoming arrivals.
7. Is parking available. ?
Yes, at our hotels, Bhubaneswar you avails the opportunity, but at Satapada or Janhikuda for Island Resort, we have parking spaces arrangements, where your car/any vehicle can safely be stored overnight.
8. Is there any time table of services offered at resort/hotel premises?
Generally cottages/rooms/tents Guests will avail staff services from 05am to 09pm at resort/hotel premises. Other than that, Reception & Security personal services will be for 24 hours.
9. Why do the costs vary from man to man by your sales personnel?
For one reason they may vary because of fair dates or other high season dates or choice of foods or extra sight sees (due to motor boat/ vehicle hire costs) or available of different category accommodations. Other reasons could be that the prices have increased since your last visit on our website. Generally rates will increase, the longer you wait with your booking.
10. Do you offer child rates?
Yes, Resort offer family-friendly rates. Children from 0-12 years stay free with their parents. There are also discounts on meals: Children from 04-12 years will be billed to pay for the food on 50% discount depending upon committed cost on package.
11. Do you offer Resort shuttles to drop at nearest Airport or Railway Station?
We do not offer a destination drop shuttle subject to prior information and conformation. Our colleagues will be happy to assist you to find your public transport or will arrange a taxi for you.
12. Can I have breakfast/ Lunch even if I am not staying in resort?
Yes, we provide at hotels, Bhubaneswar. At Resort, of course you can enjoy subject to prior information & reservation of a table as Day out touring Guest with our table reservation form on website or telephonic contact
13. Do you have arrangements for conference/seminars/corporate family get-togethers?
Yes, Hi-profile events, corporate and social get-together, private shows, or charity events, whatever the occasion, we will endeavor to meet (up to 80 persons) every requirement of your need that, suits your budget.
14. Can I Change or cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can change your date of arrival subject to available of date before 15 days of your reservation date or cancel your reservation subject to deduction of cancellation charges as below:
On or before 15 days: 25% of booking amount except tax if any On or before 07 days: 50% of booking amount except tax if any And less than 07 days: 70% of booking amount.
15.Which payment methods do you offer?
When booking, you will generally have the option of your own choice.
